Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your new art as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, here is how we can fix it together.

The 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to let us know if you’d like a return, exchange, or refund. Once that 30-day window closes, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

If We (or the Courier) Messed Up

Whilst we take pride in making sure we get all the details right, mistakes do occasionally happen.

If your prints are bent, your badges are broken, or we sent you the wrong design, We will gladly offer a full refund, a replacement, or an exchange at no extra cost to you.

If the item was lost of damaged in transit, we may need a little help to hold our couriers accountable. Please send us a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. This allows us to file a claim and keep our small business running smoothly.

If You’ve Changed Your Mind

Ordered a print and realized it doesn’t match your curtains? No problem! We accept “change of mind” returns or exchanges under these conditions:

Items must be in their original, unused condition. Cards must be unwritten, and prints must be free of creases or thumbprints. You’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the shipping costs for any new items sent in exchange. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service. If the return gets lost in the mail and we never receive it, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

How to Start a Return

To get the ball rolling, please email us at hello@hattiebuckwell.co.uk with your order number and a quick note about what’s going on. We’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days with the next steps.
